doll parade: Bits of... ECFB Unleashed

This past weekend I attended the first ever Atlantic style blogger meet-up which took place in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia. East Coast Fashion Bloggers Unleashed was more like a reunion with friends I've always had, though I was meeting many of the girls for the very first time. The event was every part classy, fun, well-organized, appropriate, and informative. To the organizers: my goodness, thank you! You did the absolutely best job possible on planning this get-together.

We started the weekend with a casual wine & cheese night in order to meet everyone, and moved over to the Middle Spoon the next morning for mimosas, strong coffee, and sweets. There were candid & applicable discussions on blogging topics with Kate who was key-note speaking, as well as photo ops with the Fashion East girls. That afternoon we perused Biscuit & the like, though I was on my very best behavior and only took home a mug (as a present!) & a sweet little collar necklace. That night we all dressed up and headed over to The Carleton for dinner & beverages (read: goblets of wine). The final goodbye took place at the beautiful Historic Properties at the water and we all shared fashion nerd-outs over croissants & lattes (hello heaven) at Two If By Sea Cafe.

In true Kristin fashion, I took mostly detail shots. And in more true Kristin fashion, I sort of forgot to bring my camera for every day of the event besides the last. I hope that I don't bombard your brain just now with photos, but I just couldn't stop clicking away once I started.
