Chicken Blouse

Blouse: J. Crew / Pants: Vince Camuto / Booties: Michael Kors / Belt & Bag: Thrifted / Sunnies: Le Chateau / Scarf: F21

Opening up a box to discover this blouse was one of my very favourite moments over the holidays. Given to me by my parent unit, and hand picked by my Dad, this chicken blouse has proven itself to be shockingly versatile. I've paired it with denim, a blue tweed mini, and layered it over this dress. Also ironic in nature is the fact that I've been listening to this album non stop, which features a great track... about chickens. Gosh I love unprovoked continuity. Also to note: Shooting this was pure harrowing death, and I thought I might die a little itty bit. -18 is not my most favourite temperature, though I thought it balmy in comparison to the -37 earlier this week. The fact that we have literal months of this left has me about as blue as my blouse, but dreams of the thaw (and reuniting with my heel collection) keep me keepin' on.

How do you get through these dreary ol' days?
