Flirt

I found this maxi skirt, and decided to wear it as a dress with a little belt action in order to beat the crazy summer heat we've been experiencing here in the east coast. This was a summer day where the littlest amount of clothing possible was required, and my hair had to be watered down constantly in order for it to remain socially acceptable.
