She Comes In Colors

Good morning, afternoon, evening, etc. After last week and the incredible amount of warmth I received from readers, I feel so excited to blog all this week. It's wonderful to have a hobby that I'm passionate about  again - I feel like it's been a long time coming. I guess, at the heart of things, I'm still a 5 year old girl in a giant tutu playing in the ditch with frogs and salamanders, only, the frogs are my closet and the salamanders are my camera. This outfit was flouncy & comfortable - a prized combination. I love this cape-like coat that my mum bought me - it seems to go with everything this Fall/Winter.

I had never been big on the colored tights trend until I joined the fashion blogging community. I realized, from the stylings of other girls, that they make the simplest of outfits just pop. I’ve owned these mustard tights for years and have never found a way I really wanted to incorporate them until I decided that my usual black & grey get-up could stand for a punch of warmth. Such a fantastic way to spice up the most monochromatic of outfits, and moods.
