Hello lovely people. I am so thrilled to write to you today, as I'm announcing the winner to my very first giveaway. I will post those results mid-morning, as I left my giveaway open until midnight, and I just cannot stay up that late! I wanted to utilize this location in a post for some time now. It's honestly one of my favorite places on earth, and I'm sure I'll be styling up a Spring, Summer, & Fall willow post in the seasons to come. This tree is on the other side of the walking bridge, which is just across the street from my home. It overlooks the river in my small town, and has dependably offered me some rapturous moments for the entire decade (almost!) that I've lived here. Friends, meet my tree.
I was dying to wear these tights I got from Urban Outfitters for quite some time. I'm still only mid-way on the printed tights train, so to speak, but not for a lack of loving them. And in fact, now that I've warmed up to them, I want to wear prints with everything! I pictured this outfit with different shoes, but when challenged with a trudge through deep snow, I opted for my trustee little boots. These have gone with absolutely everything over the months - ten times their worth. I love those purchases. Don't you guys?
Featured below is one of the most pathetic quasi-face-shots of all time. I swear I wasn't crying my little heart out, though I do look as if someone kicked my puppy. It was pretty cold, as per usual, and I guess that the camera caught me mid frown. I got so few useable shots this time around that I had to work with what I had. I'm sure this happens to everyone once in awhile. Beep, beep, click, beep, beep, click, beep, beep, click- fail fail fail. Some days you're on, and some days you're cold.

Stay tuned for my giveaway winner and have a great, great Tuesday!
