I'm taking off to spend a few days in my hometown this weekend and thought I would pop together a little set of both items I'll be taking and items I wish I was taking (can we talk about that Proenza Schouler bomber for a second, please? Just a mere 7Gs...). It's a really quick weekend away with no real plans other than spending time with my family, getting some serious photo editing done, and planning out the rest of my (chalking up to be insanely busy) November, and I'm looking forward to packing easy, comfy things.
1: Some simple & comfy skinnies. I live in a black pair I own, but want a jewel toned pair.
2: Comfy sweaters & blanket jackets: So that it turns into a cocoon of warmth on the plane, I'll be layering up with some knits & a coat.
3: Technology: I own the iPhone case on the far right, but I'm also loving the spiked one. Earphones for travel tunes. My Macbook.
4: Booties: I own both black & camel booties, but I have been seriously loving these burgundy rag&bone beauties.
5: Accessories: A beanie, some gloves, and a scarf for unpredictable weather systems.
6: Randoms: My favorite red lipstick, a simple & easy makeup regimen, my Rosebud lip balm, and for a dose of humor, "calm the ____ down" pills for my worsening flying phobia. No big... I've got this! (*tell self this repeatedly until tomorrow morning*).
