Something Simple

Skirt: Vintage / Blouse: Winners / Shoes: ALDO / Earrings: J. Crew / Trench: H&M / Glasses: Elizabeth & James

No time to be lengthy today, but popping up a post for your Thursday. This day was a bit rainy, a bit muggy, and in need of something simple. Stripes & a trench is pretty classic for me, as is the circle skirt silhouette. This one was last featured here, as it finds itself in my daily routine quite a bit. Also finding its way into the mix is the waist tied blouse  - I'm loving it more & more with high waisted skirts & shorts for Spring.

I hope you are having a snazzy week.

Lovely look. Trench coats are always a staple and stripes are always a perfect choice.

Sometimes simplicity is just the best thing, and I feel like this outfit is a perfect illustration of that.

Great take on some classic pieces! Love how you knotted the blouse instead of just tucking it in!

I find the tied blouse look tricky to pull off, but you've done it PERFECTLY. I love this look - what a great way to jazz up classic pieces.

Also, that blouse looks exactly like a silk one from Club Monaco going for something like $130. Can't believe it's a Winner's find. Jealous!
