Fresh Form
Hello lovely friends. It's Monday, and guess what? Spring is officially here. Our fair city had its fair share of sun this weekend, and I took advantage by breaking out a few of my Spring wishlist items. I was so excited to try a new shape of sunglasses this season, as I've generally stuck to aviators and/or Raybans, smiling with delight when something different was purchased to make home in my purse. Here is a Saturday outfit fit for brunch-ing, wandering, and constant caffeinating.
I'm mildly obsessed with stripes lately. I have always been a big fan of simple and classic stripes, a la Co Co Chanel, and find that adding just a little bit of gold and some sunnies make a look like this feel instantly more urban. I'm definitely experimenting with the socks + heels trend, and think that the next time I style my spring socks up, I will go for pumps versus wedges. It may be the sock/heel secret!
