Another Style Panel installment for today regarding how to dress for a Summer wedding without accomplishing a few faux pas (i.e. looking skanky, dressing down & appearing a little too boho (hobo?), or looking like you are part of the bridal party (that would be awkward). I kept my "wedding outfit" unstressed & simple but fun by wearing a (tastefully) backless dress and going with a super-simple up-do (my hair can be so unfortunate in the heat). I say "wedding outfit" in quotations due to the fact that I was not at all in attendance at a wedding, but waiting for a break in the rain on a slow paced Sunday in order to throw this on & meet Kate for photo documentation of my take on the challenge (thank you for the photos!). And I even had to leave the comfort of my new couch & dried coconut for that endeavor. The things we do.

This dress is oh so gorgeous, I absolutely love the cut out detail in the back, its so lovely! And your hair looks awesome like this, heat tends to do crazy things to hair so up dos are a great idea

I love it!
Lovely sleeves, and I would dread looking like part of the bridal party on accident. Quelle horreur.

I am having a fabulous giveaway right here.
Love this whole look. Was recently at a wedding and saw each of those faux pas.
This looks like the prefct outfit! I like how you've style your hair too. It looks like you've made an effort but not too over the top!
